BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

SELF-SCREEN
Stay home if you have any virus-like symptoms. (If new to the clinic, screening will happen a day before your appointment & when you arrive at the clinic.)

BE HONEST ABOUT your symptoms screen.
Don’t hesitate to RESCHEDULE if you are not feeling well on the day of your appointment. We will be relaxing our 24 hour cancellation policy at this time for virus-like symptoms.

CONFIRMING INITIAL APPOINTMENT
Your RMT will contact you by phone or email 24-48 hours before your appointment to confirm that you are NOT CURRENTLY SICK . Please be prepared to accept a call from a private number that day as we may not be able to contact you from the clinic.

COME ALONE unless you require assistance or are accompanying a minor. Assistants must also go through a symptoms screen

ONCE YOU ARE HERE
ARRIVE ON TIME We will unlock our clinic door a couple of minutes before your appointment.

MAINTAIN SAFE DISTANCING ANYWHERE IN THE CLINIC

HAND HYGIENE will be performed by you & your therapist as soon as you enter.
​

WEAR A CLEAN WELL-FITTING MASK WITH THE HIGHEST FILTRATION LEVEL YOU CAN GET
(N95 preferred)
We can provide you with a surgical mask if you forgot to bring one.

RESCREEN. symptom declaration will be repeated and your treatment will continue or be rescheduled based on your answers.

YOUR THERAPIST WILL BRING YOU into the treatment room.

Single use of all linens (sheets, face covers, blankets)

Frequent sanitization of high touch surfaces in clinic
